About Us
Meet the Chefs...

Andrew Sprinkle and Garin Stephan met in high school, and quickly became friends. They found they had much in common, especially a love for food. After high school, they decided to pursue their dream of becoming chefs by attending culinary school together, which brought them closer together as friends.

Andrew and Garin decided to continue in the career that they loved, and worked together at Nick’s Kitchen for many years. Eventually, both became top level chefs at Lutheran Hospital. All the while, both kept the dream alive of one day owning their own restaurant. While many opportunities came along for them to purchase a building, none felt right until the chance to own the old “Poff’s Place” in downtown Huntington. Both grew up in Huntington, and dreamed of owning a restaurant to cater to its residents, especially in the historic downtown area.

After months of preparation, and with the help of family and friends, opening Brick House Grill has become the fruition of a lifelong dream for Andrew and Garin. With its creation, they hope to bring their beautiful, delectable food to the residents of Huntington and surrounding areas. They truly hope that this will provide the best fine dining experience ever for their customers.
